Man Arrested and Charged for Burglary, Breach of Criminal Behaviour Order

Desmond Moran has been arrested and charged for burglary, breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO), and vehicle interference. The burglary occurred in Old Trafford.

Moran has been remanded in custody until May 6, 2024, for a Crown Court trial. The police are continuing their efforts to tackle crime in the area, which can have devastating effects on victims.

Moran was previously jailed in November 2021 for breaching a CBO after being spotted entering an area he was banned from due to his history of shoplifting, begging, and aggressive behavior toward members of the public.
